Aaron manages SkyPoint’s VoIP and CCTV solutions and has extensive experience in telecommunications for over 25 years ago! We are thrilled to have Aaron as part of our team.
His wide experience covers both hosted and legacy phone systems and current CCTV technologies. Aaron is also certified as a security consultant, so can review your site requirements, and advise on the best solutions.
Our customers love the experience and confidence of working with Aaron. His professionalism and ability to build robust communications and CCTV platforms united with his controlled calm nature when troubleshooting communications and site security issues is legendary.
Aaron is an avid sports fan and keen golfer, which fits around his first priority – his wife and young family. Affectionately known as AB or Farmer Brown, Aaron is the provider of eggs and local Possum accommodation.
Andrew has a huge depth of experience with over 25 years of technical and IT Infrastructure management.
His passion for technology and fit for purpose solutions adds significant strengths to the SkyPoint team and provides key insights to our customers.
Out of office, you’ll find him landscape gardening, walking, cycling (trying to keep pace with his daughter), or cooking up a feast!
Arni has worked for more than 15 years in IT with the last 10+ years being here in Hamilton.
She is passionate about her work, customers, team and family – it shines through in everything she does.
She likes to achieve a high standard and loves to support which suits her role as a systems engineer with our team.
Outside of work, Arni enjoys eating out with family, walking her Finnish Lapphunds and fits in discovering new gadgets and travel whenever possible.
Caleb has many years of experience from Government Departments to the Public Sector
His skills embrace change management strategy and the implementation of SharePoint and new technologies.
As a Microsoft PowerPlatform practitioner, Caleb has a passion to explore, create and deliver business process improvement,
His ability to identify and automate repetitive operational processes or tasks will improve efficiency, save time and cost for any business.
To really spin his wheels – a combination of business automation and app creation will release his inner creativity.
When he’s taking a break, he’s full on with his young family or out on the field for game of Ultimate Frisbee.
Cameron came to us having acquired an extensive range of IT skills over 12-years in the industry. His experience embraces varying roles whether supporting corporate and business teams, project rollouts or upskilling users. Most importantly he enjoys learning and sharing his expertise with the team.
We love his hands on ‘get the job done’ attitude; and the smile that it always comes with.
Out of work it could be hard to track him down; he might be at the beach, working on performance cars, catching up with family, or walking his dogs.
Campbell (better known to the team as Cambo) manages our frontline engineering team and is legendary for his quick wit and warm conversations.
As Frontline Manager, we enjoy his friendly manner, and intelligent support of our customers, bringing calm to the chaos of daily technical challenges. Campbell has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry; and is passionate about both technology and customer service. He is a true problem solver for our customers, allowing them to remain focused on the smooth running of their business.
When not at the office, you will find Campbell enjoying time with his family and friends, relaxing at a beach and never far from both a computer and a BBQ. His current BBQ count is six, so if you want any creative advice on cooking meat – Campbell is your man.
Daniel has 15+ years of experience working in information technology; his past roles embrace local government providing in-house IT support through to managed service/cloud providers.
He loves to work with people and technology bringing the two together, while aiming to provide customer service excellence.
Daniel has a strong interest in customer business, from the team through to their mission, ideals and how they operate; This helps him look for innovative solutions and support that facilitates success.
He has a great sense of humour and the most contagious laugh!
David has wide experience in management and values strong team environments and synergy. He enjoys building and maintaining business partnerships, ensuring the best levels of support are in place.
As business is all about people, relationship and communication – David thrives on ensuring people have the best advice and tools to achieve their purpose. He enjoys music, the beach and a good story over a coffee or ice cold drink. We may also add that he has a warped sense of humour.
Innes has a long career in IT, business ownership and management, he understands the importance of technology in everything that a business does.
He is passionate about using technology to automate some of the tedious tasks that get done regularly, so when meeting Innes expect a chat about the benefit of smart applications in your business.
In his spare time Innes can be found tinkering with home automation and staring into the Universe on a not so portable 12” Dobsonian telescope.
We are delighted to have Jack with us part time as an apprentice while he completes his last years at school.
Jack is passionate about IT and has a desire to pursue a Systems Engineering career.
He represents the first of our ‘second generation’ within our team. Jack’s dad, Bradd Trebilco, worked with us between 2015-2019.
Our team enjoy learning and growing together, and are keen to assist Jack with training and provide lots of ‘teamwork’ experience.
Liam has a background in management studies and economics and adds strength to our business operations team.
He is tenacious when it comes to learning new systems and processes.
From the backyard to the Blackcaps he is a huge cricket fan.
As soon as the grass is dry you can find him out knocking a ball around, and when it’s not there’s always spectating from the couch.

Michael (affectionately known to our team as M2), is SkyPoint’s Practice Manager assisting both the leadership and management team.
He has over 24 years of technical enterprise experience and business strategy management. Combined with a passion for innovation, his list of skills reads like a technical manual which benefits both our team and customers.
Outside of hours, you’ll find him encouraging his family, embracing his passion for music, studying, hiking, or working out at the gym.
Hamilton born and bred, Michael has been enthusiastic about technology for as long as he can remember.
As one of the founding team members; Michael has always focused on implementing the best processes into SkyPoint, our team and customers.
New technology is always his passion, and he loves to research, resolve complex issues, and embrace innovative solutions or ideas.
Michael is committed to ensuring process embraces ‘finishing touches’ which impact both the team and the customers experience.
He is highly competitive which impacts his afterhours squash or golf (if you dare to take on a game with him).
Mike has his roots well and truly within the Waikato and enjoys providing strong relational ICT support to customers.
He has more than 20 years experience working with businesses facilitating effective cloud based and hybrid IT solutions. A great one to chat to any time, he’ll enjoy helping you find efficiencies and solutions that benefit your business.
Keeping healthy and running are a big part of Mike’s life, along with enjoying the challenges of training and competing in multisport events.

Liz joined the SkyPoint frontline team in late 2023 with over 20 years of system engineering experience providing support at the University of Waikato where she also mentored student helpers with support issues.
Liz has an innate curiosity about how things work and enjoys resolving challenging customer issues.
Out of the office you will find Liz pursuing her passion for music (she plays the harp) or enjoying her medieval reenactments.
Paula is an awesome team member bringing years of operational experience and an amazing loyalty wherever she has worked.
She adds strength to our team providing operational support to every area of our business – it’s always done with enthusiasm and laughter.
Her creativity means that a meeting is never boring and there’s always fun ideas implemented to help the team or SkyPoint celebrate special occasions.
As a keen runner, Paula’s applies her competitive streak to all her work but out of hours will be seen in many marathons, triathlons and more!
Penny has worked in management roles for Corporates, SME and ICT Companies: Her experience includes Human Resources and Operations Management, Bank Management, Regional Financial Administration and People Development.
Penny is a member of HRINZ (Human Resource Institute of New Zealand). Key to Penny’s success is making time for people and always looking to build a strong team culture. Being a busy person, a good coffee, excellent red wine and cheese board will ensure you have her undivided attention.
Pete has been a Senior Systems engineer for 15+ years researching, designing, deploying and managing robust IT systems for customers businesses. Overall, he has more than 20 years’ experience as an IT professional.
He enjoys following the latest changes in technology and is focussed on building innovative solutions.
Pete might appear calm and easy-going, but out of work has been known to be a bit of a daredevil. Time with his family keeps that side in check and is more often mountain biking, skiing or fishing as time allows.
Rob has a degree in business management, and global experience within the IT sector. He has previously worked in solution design roles for Fortune 500 companies in Auckland and London.
Outside of work Rob is an avid sport fan and is passionate about anything to do with football, whether it be playing or watching.
Recently Rob is more likely to be changing diapers than kicking a ball, enjoying fatherhood and spending time with his young son.
Rob has a passion for computers, technology and everything in between – accompanied by loyalty which is demonstrated in all he does.
He thrives on building long term business partnerships and exceeding customers’ expectations.
Rob loves to understand your business ideals and explore the best use of technology to add value.

Ruan is an extremely passionate engineer with over 15-years of technical experience.
He enjoys understanding people and helping them get the very best from their technology investment.
When he isn’t working or catching up on the latest technologies and advances, you will find him outdoors, riding dirt bikes, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Sean has a degree in Electronic Commerce from the University of Waikato and has a background in both the sales and IT industries.
He has previously owned and operated a small IT company. His experience includes working in the telco industry as a Service Delivery Manager. Sean is passionate about helping individuals and organisations find solutions to their technology problems, and likes to foster strong relationships.
Outside of work, he enjoys time with family and friends, fishing, diving and snowboarding.
Stuart is people orientated, well organised, loves technology and enjoys a challenge – perfect fit for being one of our systems engineers!
He has an incredible depth of experience in the IT & Agricultural industry, which brings a great richness of expertise to the SkyPoint team and our customers. Stuart has an attitude of always learning, helping people, sharing his knowledge and being one of the team.
He will be on his bike whatever the weather and is always off on an adventure if not running from bees in hives that he keeps at home.
Tim loves a challenge and has a passion to help customers solve any technical issue. His level-headed problem-solving strategy is central to all his work.
He has spent many years of study and healthy work experience which enables him to hit the ground running, adding a valued contribution to both team and customers.
Outside of work he’ll be tackling the next rock-climbing challenge, catch-up with friends and family, and he is someone you absolutely want on your team for the next Quiz night.

It is with heavy hearts we share that our friend and fellow business partner, Roger Salisbury, passed away peacefully on Saturday 27 October 2018.
Roger’s infectious smile, his can do attitude and his desire to ‘always do right’ by the team and customers was greatly admired by all who knew him.
His personal investment remains a firm part of SkyPoint DNA.
