Cloud Hosting Partners

SkyPoint works with a number of key cloud hosting partners, including Microsoft Azure and LayerX Cloud Limited who utilise a number of virtualized hosting platforms including Microsoft’s Hyper-V Sever, Citrix and VMware.

Our cloud partners specialise in fully hosted, high availability private cloud solutions, vGRID, online backup and failover, together with CloudSync Backup and SRM (Site Recovery Manager).

Cloud Hosted Spam Filtering

There are several different types of spam filtering solutions available, and we consult with our customers to implement the most effective solution for them whether off-site or onsite. Offsite, cloud based spam filtering represents the best option for many customers including CloudControl and SMX, who provide unparalleled data security, state of the art filtering and anti-virus and malware detection software.​

Microsoft

SkyPoint can consult with and supply your Microsoft licensing needs. Our technical team are fully Microsoft certified with competencies in numerous technologies including desktop, server, and hosted solutions.

We actively support solutions utilising Windows Server, Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Office and Office365 applications, Active Directory domains and other associated technologies.

Virtualization

SkyPoint has experience using both Hyper-V and VMware.

Other Platforms

We can also provide limited support around Mac and Android software systems.

Protection of your data is of paramount importance to us. Disaster recovery planning should also be a key focus.  We recommend that any businesses should plan how to keep their organisation running during a serious outage.

We work with a number of industry leading backup disaster recovery products and services in order to design the right solutions for our customers.  This includes both offsite and onsite backup solutions using products such as StorageCraft’s ShadowProtect and more.

Antivirus/Security Software

We prefer and recommend solutions provided by Alert Logic, Webroot and ESET.  We also provide support for many other leading security software and disk encryption solutions.

Microsoft Applications

SkyPoint can facilitate full software licensing options for Microsoft Azure, Office 365 Subscriptions, Applications, Hosted Exchange Email and Open Licensing.   We are experienced in deployment, support and training.

Industry Software

SkyPoint Technologies has experience with many software packages implemented across the business landscape and partner with a wide range of providers.  This includes well known financial packages including WorkfloMax and Xero and industry specific software such as those used within the manufacturing and accounting industries.

SkyPoint works with a wide variety of networking manufacturers including Hewlett Packard, Fortinet, D-Link, Ruckus, Ubiquiti, Cisco/Linksys, Allied Telesis, Draytek, ASUS, WatchGuard and more.

Power Protection

We believe all key ICT infrastructure should have good power protection.  This includes uninterruptible power supplies for servers, phone systems and core hardware such as network switches, routers and any system that operates around the clock. Recommended power protection brands include Eaton, Hewlett Packard, FPS, APC, Liebert and Belkin.

SkyPoint has key support partnerships with leading market brands including: Panasonic and 3CX. We can provide a full range of communications solutions, accessories, support and training.

Ultrafast Broadband and VDSL

SkyPoint can facilitate a comprehensive range of broadband communication solutions with Quality of Service for both fibre based broadband (UFB) ), VDSL, Wireless Broadband and 4G Failover.

4G Failover

4G Failover Continuity is the ability to maintain Internet connectivity for critical data processing across a network in the event of a wired Internet connectivity failure.

SkyPoint can design and implement Wi-Fi solutions and Point-to-Point Wireless solutions to meet your requirements.
